## Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you and your little one to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it out.
### Return window
You may request a return within **14 days** of receiving your order.
### Return conditions
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with any tags attached
- In resellable condition
### Items that can't be returned (for safety & hygiene)
For the health and safety of all our customers, the following are **final sale** and cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Feeding items (bottles, teats, pacifiers, soothers)
- Bath, grooming, and personal-care items
- Underwear, swimwear, and any items worn against the skin
- Gift cards and clearance/sale items
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
### Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at **[support@tinynco.shop]** with your order number and a photo. We'll send a **free replacement or full refund** — no need to return the item in most cases.
### How to start a return
Email **[support@tinynco.shop]** with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within **[1 business day]** with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
### Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, **we cover all costs**.
### Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
### Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within **12 hours** of placing your order. After that, your order may have already entered processing and can't be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives.
